Core Principle: Defining responsibilities for artwork and production standards.

• Artwork Responsibility: Customers must ensure that all provided designs do not infringe on any third-party copyrights. NOOK holds no legal liability for disputes arising from customer-provided content.

• Production Tolerance: Due to the nature of paper printing, a color deviation of $\pm 5\%$ or a cutting deviation of $\pm 1mm$ is considered within the industry-standard tolerance range.

• Payment Terms: For bulk solutions, we generally require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% balance cleared before shipment.
