Refund Policy (Customized Products)

Core Principle: No returns on custom orders except for quality defects.

  • Customization Clause: Since all products (e.g., bespoke puzzles, hardcover books, premium gift bags) are manufactured to your specific requirements, orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has commenced.

  • Quality Guarantee: If you receive a product with printing defects or structural damage, please provide photographic evidence within 7 business days of receipt. We will provide a reprint or a partial refund upon verification.

  • Sample Approval: For bulk orders, we strongly recommend a physical sample request. Once the sample is approved, the final bulk production will be executed according to the approved sample standards.
